How far in advance should I book a session?
We recommend reaching out at least four to six weeks ahead of your desired date to ensure availability and allow time for collaborative planning. However, we do accommodate last-minute projects when our schedule permits.
Do you offer customizable packages?
Absolutely. Each project begins with a consultation where we discuss your objectives, preferred style, and logistical needs. From there, we craft a package that fits both your vision and budget.
When and how will I receive my images?
Final, retouched images are delivered via a secure online gallery within two to three weeks of your session or event. High-resolution downloads and print options are included, with invoices issued upon delivery. For weddings delivery dates of final product depend on work volume which can change given the season. Usually all video products are deliverable in 2-4 weeks.
